Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with crude arc. We strive to provide the highest quality products. Please review our policy carefully as it differs based on your location.

1. Domestic Orders (Australia)

We offer a 14-day return and exchange window from the date your order is delivered.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following strict criteria:

  • Condition: Unworn, unwashed, and in original "as-new" condition.

  • Packaging: Must include all original packaging, including shoe boxes, dust bags, and all original tags attached.

  • Integrity: Shoe boxes must not be used as the outer shipping box; please wrap the box in a shipping bag or secondary box to avoid damage.

Note: The $15 restocking fee covers initial shipping costs, packaging materials, and labour.

Exclusions (Final Sale)

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Clearance or "Final Sale" items.

  • Customised or Bespoke products.

  • Items missing original accessories (tags, boxes, etc.).


2. International Orders (Outside Australia)

Due to the complexities of international logistics and customs, all international sales are considered Final Sale.

  • No Change of Mind: We do not support returns, refunds, or exchanges for "change of mind," "dislike of style," or "incorrect size selection."

  • Responsibility: We strongly encourage international customers to verify their measurements against our Size Guide before purchasing.

Exceptions for Damage

The only exception is if a product arrives damaged or manufacturing-defective.

  • Reporting Window: Claims must be submitted to admin@crudearc.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Evidence: You must provide your order number and clear photographic/video evidence of the damage and the original packaging.

  • Resolution: Verified claims will be eligible for a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.


3. Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

  • Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Alternatively, you may opt for Store Credit if you prefer.

  • Notification: You will receive an automated email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
